3. The main material of this demolition boom is Q345B + Q690D, the top and bottom cover plate use Q690D, other place use Q345B. Pin’s material is 42CrMo4. When select the material of the demolition boom,according to the boom length,excavator model,attachment self-weight etc, most important is the working condition, we will suggest you select the right material.
4. We will supply all the pipelines for you according to your application. For this DX520LC 22M demolition boom, we prepared 3 kit extra pipes for attachments.And for the extra pipes,we prepared stop valve, so it's convenient for assembling and dismantling attachments.
5. This demolition boom total length with 22M, boom length 11.3M, middle boom length 2.5M, arm length 8.2M.
As customer requested, we make the boom with 2-section design. Section one length is 3.8M, section two is 7.5M. Convienient to change other boom on it in future.
6. For save cost, some cylinders of the demolition boom can use the original cylinders.
- Middle boom cylinder (Cylinder-1) can use original arm cylinder.(If customer requested it,we also can prepare of it.)
- Arm cylinder (Cylinder-2) can use original bucket cylinder.(If customer requested it,we also can prepare of it.)
- Bucket cylinder (Cylinder-3):we will prepare this cylinder.
7. We will issue the drawing and working diagram for your review before you place the order.
8.For this DX520LC 22 meters demolition boom,counterweight is 3.5ton.
9. A good demolition boom was depends on the good material and good welding. Material we use Q690D, with our very good welding, make the booms more good quality.
10. This demolition boom was exported to Spain.
