2, We have all the installation dimensions of CAT336D, we can customize this long boom for your CAT336D excavator.
3, Long reach boom are use for dredging rivers port construction, railway construction and groundwork construction, with high extensive operation scope, high efficiency and high security.
4, The long reach boom include lubricant pipe system, hydraulic system, 1 bucket, 1 bucket cylinder, 1 linkage, 6 pins and 4 hoses.
5, Stick cylinder of the long boom, can use your original stick cylinder to save the cost, if you need the stick cylinder, we also can prepare for you.
6, The main material of this long boom is Q345B + Q690D, the top and bottom cover plate use Q690D, other place use Q345B. Pin’s material is 42CrMo4.
7, If necessary, we can prepare 1 kit or 2 kit extra auxiliary pipe line for the long boom attachment.
8, Our welding was by maual. Welding is protective-gas welding, the protective gas is 80% Argon and 20% CO2 mixed. This is golden standard for protective gas.
9, Before welding, we have use big edge milling machine mill the edge of the sheet. So the welding can go to the internal of the steel-sheet and make the structure have higher performance.
10, For all base,joint and other main structure of the long boom, we use boring machine adjust the precision after welding, to avoid the welding-stress leading to big tolerance.
11, The manufacture time about 25 days. Warranty time 6 month after installation.
12, We will also supply parts list for the long reach boom, so it’s easy for Maintenance and after-sales service.
